Join us to Bike Ride experience Maharashtra’s Valley of Flowers and UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kaas Plateau at Satara.

The best time to visit Kaas plateau is September and October only, so don’t miss this ‘once in a year’ event and we will also visit the beautiful Thoseghar waterfall and Kaas lake.

🔺 Itinerary:
Day 01: Saturday, 30th September 2023
Meeting at kalamboli Mc Donald Sharp at 6.00 am.
Introduction round
Breakfast on the way.
Ride till Satara
Lunch on the way
Reach Kaas in afternoon
Check in at hotel
later visit Kaas plateau and Kaas lake.
Exploration of surrounding place.
dinner & day off.

Day 02: Sunday, 01st October 2023
Breakfast
Ride till Thoseghar waterfall.
explore surrounding areas photography.
Lunch on the way
Ride back to mumbai till 8 or 9 pm.
Other details about the ride will be shared at meeting point.

🔺 Exclusions:
• Camera Charges
• Petrol and Maintenance cost should be settled by the bike owner and the person accompanying him.
• In case, of a single rider, the petrol and maintenance charges has to be paid by him alone
• WSR will provide info about a willing participant who can accompany you, and share the expenses.
• This depends on availability of such willing participants
• Any kind of Insurance / Mediclaim.
• Anything which is not mentioned in Includes.
• Reflector Bibs is compulsory (Green Color)
• Either you carry your own or WSR will provide it for Rs.150/- Only
• Mineral water, any kind of insurance, Soft-drinks etc.
• Anything other than the above mentioned inclusions.

🔺 Things to carry:
• ID proof
• Face Mask (must)
• Hand Sanitizer (must)
• Min. 3 liters water (must)
• Good trekking shoes preferably Action or good grip sports shoes
• Ready to eat food (biscuits, plum cake, chips etc.)
• Rainywear (optional)
• Extra pair of clothes (optional)
• Energy drink (ex. Glucon D)
• Cap, sunglasses, scarf
• A haversack to put in all the things to be carried. (Please do not bring suitcases or sling bags/ jholas)
• Personal basic medical kit (Containing an antiseptic, few bandages, personal medications if any, Antibiotics for stomach infection)
• Camera (optional)
• Please try to wear track pants and a full sleeve t-shirt
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments
• Collect all garbage and carry back we will dispose it in city.

****Notes: Please keep in mind that we shall change our policies and procedures based on Government regulations in future. As you know, there can be last-minute announcements and we will have to follow them. However, we shall try to abide by the Government rules keeping in mind the welfare of our trekkers.

▪️ RULES & REGULATIONS:
• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited at the time of event
• No plastic littering
• Wear full sleeves, full tracksuit to avoid mosquito bite or leeches
• Proper footwear/ shoes are essential for trekking
• Conserve and preserve our heritage
• Photographs taken during the activity which can be used for publicity purposes
• Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety, Jewellery, Cash and baggage

🔺 Terms & Conditions:
• We reserves all right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without any prior notice
• No Extra adventure/out of itinerary behavior during trek
• Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding
• TraWell Amigos will not be responsible for injury / accident / death of the participants
• Any damage to the property will be chargeable
• 50% refund in case if you cancel the plan and inform us 7 days before the event day
• No refund if the cancellation request is less than 4 days
• No Show No Refund
• Bookings cannot be transferred to another date nor it will be transferred to another person against cancellation
