🔺 Brief Info:

Start / Finish point of trek: Rumsu base camp
Nearest Town: Bhuntar

🔺 Itinerary
Day 1: Reporting at Kasol Base Camp and Acclimatization walk. (5,183 ft)
• Reach Kasol base camp by 10 AM.
• Freshen Up and Registration on arrival.
• Acclimatization walk to Chalal village. Orientation for the trek in the evening.
• Overnight stay at Kasol base camp.
Day 2: Trek to Grahan (7,700 ft | 9 km | 5-6 hrs)
• Commence the trek by 7 AM for Grahan Camp.
• The trek to Grahan is easy and quite scenic with amazing forest landscapes.
• Short acclimatization walk to explore the beautiful village of Grahan in the evening.
• Overnight stay in tents at Grahan.
Day 3: Grahan to Min Thach(11,100 ft | 6 km | 6-7 hrs)
• Commence the trek by 7 AM for Min Thach camp after breakfast.
• The trek involves a moderate climb through some dense forest of Kanwar Wildlife Sanctuary and one can explore the beautiful flora and few unique birds specific to the valley.
• It takes around 6 hours to reach Min Thach camp.
• The Camp offers an amazing view of the Grahan valley and Nagaru cliffs can be seen from here.
• Overnight stay in tents at Min Thach Camp.
Day 4: Min Thach to Nagaru(12,700 ft | 4 km | 5 hrs)
• Commence the trek by 8 AM for Nagaru.
• The day’s trek falls short but steep and goes above the tree line.
• The trek starts with a moderate climb and then zig-zag to negotiate the steep climb of the valley until Camp.
• Nagaru being at almost 3,900 meters offers amazing views of the Parvati valley and Tosh Valley.
• Overnight stay in tents at Nagaru.
Day 5: Nagaru to Sar Pass to Biskeri Thach (13,800 ft | 9 km | 8-9 hrs)
• Start early by 4 AM for the pass to take advantage of hard snow.
• The trek starts with a steep climb for an hour followed by 3 hours of the trek on an almost flat trail till the Pass.
• The entire trek route to Biskeri Thach is covered with snow because of the high altitude.
• The views from the pass are exhilarating and one can see the elevated peaks of Tosh valley.
• The descent from the pass is almost via Glissade(snow slides) and is the most fun part of the trek.
• Continue the descent for an hour more through beautiful rhododendron bushes until one reaches the vast green meadow of Biskeri.
• Overnight stay in tents at Biskeri Thach.
Day 6: Biskeri Thach to Barshaini (7,800 ft | 6 km | 5 hrs)
• Biskeri presents a sublime view of the pine forests, the majestic mountains, and the lovely grasslands.
• The trek from Biskeri to Barshaini involves a moderate descent through a dense alpine forest.
• Before reaching Barshini, the trek goes via Pulga and then follows to cross Parvati river.
• Jeep ride to Kasol from Barshini(90 minutes).
• Departure from Kasol base camp by 5 PM.

🔺 Inclusion
• Accommodation – On a triple sharing basis.
• Meals – (Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner). We provide simple, nutritious Veg/Jain food on all days of the trek.
• Rucksack — A 60-liter bag with rain cover is provided for use in trekking. You can deposit your extra luggage with your bags at our campsite.
• Camping charges – All trekking permits and forest camping charges are included.
• Trekking equipment – High-quality tents and sleeping bags in all the camps. Sleeping bags can withstand temperatures as low as -10 ºC.
• Gaiters – To prevent snow from entering inside your shoe.
• Safety equipment and Emergency– First aid kit, oxygen cylinders, oximeter, etc. will be with the guide/trek leader and at the campsite as well to deal with emergencies.
• HAPO bag
• Expert trek Leaders – All our trek leaders are at least qualified in basic/advanced mountaineering and first aid courses.
• Expert Trek support team – The mountain staff on this trek consists of certified guides, cooks, helpers, and porters.

• Any Increase in Taxes or Fuel Leading To an Increase In Surface Transport

🔺 Booking Condition
• 40% non-refundable booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking
• 40% pay amount after the all confirmation of regarding your booking
• 30% pay amount before 5 days of the departure date

• Once the booking is done: 30% Package cost
• 30 days prior to departure: 40% of Package Cost
• 15 Days prior to departure: 75% of Package Cost
• 10 Days till the date of departure: 100% of Package Cost

🔺 Criteria for Participation:
Even though the minimum age limit to register for the program is 12 years, children less than 18 years of age are accepted for the treks only with a parent’s/guardian’s undertaking.
#Brief introduction about #SARPASS:
#SarPass is one of the most popular treks among beginners. Located in the Parvati Valley of Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, the trail mostly passes through serene meadows and calm Himalayan villages with an exquisite view of waterfalls and the beautiful snow clad peaks. It is the seventh heaven for both adventurous travellers and nature lovers. Situated at an altitude of 13800 ft, it can be considered as the perfect introduction to high altitude trekking. Other than winter, snowfall is usually expected in May every year. This trail is definitely one worth putting in your bucket list.

***Required Documents for the Program:
Original medical certificate stating your fitness & two passports sized photographs are a must to enter the Base Camp. Without these documents, participants will not be allowed to proceed further at the Base Camp.

🔺 Caution & Remarks
Even though participants do not need to submit any health certificates those with a history of medical problems, particularly cardiac or respiratory, should consult a doctor before deciding to undertake the trip.
Carry appropriate substitution drugs for individuals allergic to any of above
Avoid medication such as sleeping tablets, sedatives, strong painkillers, and antihistamines Which depress the respiratory and increase the risk of (AMS-Active Mountain Sickness) Especially while sleeping
Last but most Important: Trip itinerary and Contact details left with friend or Home.
