Kerala Backpacking Trip 2024

Join us for an amazing backpacking trip to God’s own country, Kerala with your friends and family
In this trip we will be visiting Cochin, Munnar, Thekkady and Alleppey covering the perfect circuit.

 Itinerary:
Day 1 : Cochin-Munnar (Arrival)
Arrival at Cochin and transfer to Munnar.
Munnar is 1800 mts above sea level and also the place of South India’s highest peak (anamudi-2695 mts).
Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 2 : Munnar
After breakfast proceed for Munnar sightseeing.
Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 3 : Munnar – Thekkady
Morning have breakfast at resort later check out resort and drive to Thekkady.

Day 4 : Thekkady – Alleppey
After Breakfast, we shall move forward to Alleppey to feel the Houseboat paradise of Kerala.
Post check in formalities, rest of the day will be there on leisure where one can enjoy the local serenity while taking a leisure walk.
Overnight accommodation will be in Houseboat.

Day 5 : Alleppey – Cochin (160 Km/ 4.5 Hrs)
Morning have breakfast at resort later check out resort and drive to Cochin for sightseeing and after that Ernakulam Railway Station/ Cochin Airport for departure

• Travel cost to reach till Cochin
• Lunch (coz trying local food is a good idea)
• Boating/ Elephant Safari/ any kind of cultural program or activities charges or entry fees
• 5% GST
• Anything not mentioned in the Inclusions
• Porterage at Hotels and Airports, Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Liquors, Wine, Etc.
• All Items of Personal Nature like mineral water, cold drinks, nimbu pani etc.
• Any Cost arising due to Natural Calamities like Landslides, Roadblocks, Etc.
• Any Increase in Taxes or Fuel Leading To an Increase In Surface Transport
• Ayurveda Charges
• Only Non Ac rooms are provided in Munnar And Thekkady as they are Hill Stations. Mandatory X- Mas / New Year Eve Supplementary Charges that should be paid by the Guest directly to the Hotels concerned

• Rainywear (optional)
• Extra pair of clothes (Compulsory)
• Energy drink (ex. Glucon D)
• A haversack to put in all the things to be carried. (Please do not bring suitcases or sling bags/ jholas)
• Personal basic medical kit (Containing an antiseptic, few bandages, personal medications if any, Antibiotics for stomach infection)
• Camera (optional)
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments

***Notes: Please keep in mind that we shall change our policies and procedures based on Government regulations in future. As you know, there can be last-minute announcements and we will have to follow them. However, we shall try to abide by the Government rules keeping in mind the welfare of our trekkers.
