 Itinerary:
Day 00:
• 22.00 hrs: Journey starts from CSMT Railway station by Express Train (Time Schedule will share after confirmation)

Day 01:
• 08.00 hrs: Will reach at Bijapur
– Breakfast & freshen up
• 09.00 hrs: Start sightseeing at Bijapur
– en route lunch
• 17.00 hrs: Start journey to Badami
• 19.00 hrs: Will reach at Badami
• 20.00 hrs: Dinner and night stay at Badami Hotel

Day 02:
• 07.00 hrs: Breakfast & Sightseeing of Badami
– Journey start to Hampi
– en route sightseeing (Pattadkal & Aihole) and lunch
• 15.00 hrs: Will reach at Hampi
• 17.00 hrs: Shopping at Hampi Bazar
• 20.00 hrs: Dinner & night stay at Hampi homestay or Hospet hotel

Day 03:
• 07.00 hrs: Morning start with visiting the famous Shiva temple, Virupaksha Temple after breakfast
• 08.00 hrs: Full day sightseeing of Hampi with lunch
• 18.00 hrs: Shopping at Hampi Bazar
• 20.00 hrs: Dinner & night stay at Hampi homestay or Hospet hotel

Day 04:
• 07.00 hrs: Morning start with visiting the famous Hanumana janmasthal, coracle ride after breakfast
• 08.00 hrs: Full day sightseeing of Hampi with lunch
• 18.00 hrs: Return journey starts from Hampi to Mumbai by Volvo Bus (Bus ticket will borne by participants)

Day 05:
• 08.00 hrs: Will reach at Mumbai (estimated)

• Day 04: breakfast/lunch
• Mumbai to Vijayapura/Bijapur transportation by Train (Sleeper Class)
• Stay in Hotel on Tripple sharing basis (Non A/C)
• Twin sharing will be at added cost and have to bring companion for the same
• Local sightseeing for Hampi by local transport
• Local sightseeing of Bijapur, Badami, Hampi
• All entry fees for individuals
• Vehicle parking charges, drivers daily charges with night charges
• State Road permit and toll charges, if any
• TraWell Amigos Administrator and expertise charges
• Medical/ first aid expertise charges
• Guide charges
• GST 5%

 Exclusion:
• Hampi/ Hospet to Mumbai by Volvo Bus ticket
• Mineral water, Cold drinks, any kind of insurance etc.
• Rides and activity charges
• Performance charges
• Camera charges
• Any miscellaneous expenditure incurred during the tour
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions

 Payment Terms:
• Step 1: Pay 40% non-refundable booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
• Step 2: Pay balance 40% amount after the all confirmation of regarding your booking
• Step 3: Pay 20% final balance amount before 5 days of the departure date.

 Deposit advance payment of Rs. 3000/- per head [As mentioned in Step 1] (Non-refundable) for Travel / Tickets Booking / Hotel booking.

 Last date for registration:– Till the seats are available to get confirmed seats, OR Till the batch gets full

 Things to carry:
• ID proof (must)
• Face Mask (must)
• Hand Sanitizer (must)
• Min. 2 liters water
• Ready to eat food (biscuits, plum cake, chips etc.)
• Winter jackets / thermal inners / sweaters etc.
• Moisturizer / lip balm / sunscreen
• Good sport / casual / comfortable shoes and a pair of slip-ons, if required
• Extra pair of clothes
• Energy drink (ex. Glucon D)
• Personal basic medical kit (Containing an antiseptic, few bandages, personal medications if any, Antibiotics for stomach infection)
• Camera (optional)
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other precious ornaments

 RULES & REGULATIONS:
• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited at the time of event
• No plastic littering
• Wear full sleeves, full tracksuit to avoid mosquito bite (Optional)
• Proper footwear/ shoes are essential for tour
• Conserve and preserve our heritage
• Photographs taken during the activity which can be used for publicity purposes
• Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety, Jewellery, Cash and baggage

 Terms & Conditions:
• We reserves all right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without any prior notice
• No Extra adventure/out of itinerary behavior during trek
• Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding
• TraWell Amigos will not be responsible for injury / accident / death of the participants
• Any damage to the property will be chargeable
• 50% refund in case if you cancel the plan and inform us 7 days before the event day
• No refund if the cancellation request is less than 4 days
• No Show No Refund
• Bookings cannot be transferred to another date nor it will be transferred to another person against cancellation
