🔺 Itinerary:
Day 01:
05.30 Hrs: Meeting point @Colaba (Exact location will send on WhatsApp group)

**You can join by bringing your own Cycle or we can arrange the Cycle for you
Cycle Distribution for the event

05:40 Hrs: Introduction Round and We will give you instructions about Cycle and Awas Beach Cycling n Route

And starts our Journey from Colaba to Bhaucha Dhakka to get Ferry till Rewas Beach…

06:00 Hrs: Ferry ride till Rewas Beach

Enjoy the ferry ride

Breakfast at Rewas Beach
After breakfast will move to Awas Beach by Cycle

10:30 Hrs: Will reach at Awas Beach
Explore the beautiful beach
Enjoy the view

12:00 Hrs: Return journey will starts after taking photos, selfies and Lunch

16:00 Hrs: We will reach Colaba and deposit our Cycle..
End our beautiful ride and say Good bye to our new friends.

🔺 Inclusions:
• Ferry ride charges with Cycle
• Lunch at Awas Beach (veg thali/chicken thali/fish thali)
• Snacks packet with 1ltr Mineral water bottle
• Breakfast and Tea at Rewas Beach
• Administrative charges
• First Aid Medical kit
• GST 5%

🔺 Exclusion:
• Train tickets or travel cost till Meeting point, Extra Mineral water, Any kind of insurance, Soft-drinks etc.
• Anything other than the above mentioned inclusions.

🔺 Things to carry:
• ID proof
• Face Mask (must)
• Hand Sanitizer (must)
• Min. 2 liter water (must)
• Ready to eat food (biscuits, plum cake, chips etc.)
• Rainywear (optional)
• Good Sports shoes
• Extra pair of clothes (Optional)
• Energy drink (ex. Glucon D/Electral/ORS)
• A haversack to put in all the things to be carried. (Please do not bring suitcases or sling bags/ jholas)
• Personal basic medical kit (Containing an antiseptic, few bandages, personal medications if any, Antibiotics for stomach infection)
• Camera (optional)
• Please try to wear track pants and a full sleeve t-shirt
• Please avoid wearing Gold and other ornaments
• Collect all garbage and carry back we will dispose it in city.

▪️ RULES & REGULATIONS:
• Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited at the time of event
• No plastic littering
• Wear full sleeves, full tracksuit to avoid mosquito bite
• Proper footwear/ shoes are essential for Cycling
• Conserve and preserve our heritage
• Photographs taken during the activity which can be used for publicity purposes
• Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety, Jewellery, Cash and baggage

• We reserves all right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without any prior notice
• No Extra adventure/out of itinerary behavior during Cycling event
• Leader’s decision will be final and binding
• TraWell Amigos will not be responsible for injury / accident / death of the participants
• Any damage to the property will be chargeable
• No refund in case if you cancel the plan
• Bookings cannot be transferred to another date nor it will be transferred to another person against cancellation*
