🔺 Brief info:
• No. of days: 9 days/ 8 nights
• Location: Spiti Valley, Himachal Pradesh

🔺 Itinerary:
Day 01: Chandigarh- Shimla- Kufri- Narkanda (180 kms / 7-8 hours)
• Arrive at Chandigarh and meet us before 11 am
• Drive towards Narkhanda … En-route Lunch
• Reach Narkhanda in the evening
• Overnight stay at Narkhanda
Day 02: Narkanda- Sarahan- Wangtoo- Sangla (160 kms/ 7-8 hrs)
• Explore Narkhand – Highest peak – Hatu peak & Temple
• Move towards Sangla
• En-route explore Sarahan village – famous for Bhimkali temple
• Overnight stay at Sangla
Day 03: Sangla- Chitkul- Kalpa (100 kms/ 4 hrs)
• Visit Kamru Fort in Sangla
• Post breakfast head to explore Chitkul- last inhabited village on Indo-Tibet border
• After visiting Sangla & Chitkul, further drive to Kalpa a beautiful village you will remember forever
• Overnight stay Kalpa – Hotel / Guesthouse
Day 04: Kalpa- Pooh- Khab- Nako- Sumdo- Tabo (170 kms / 9-10 hours)
• Post breakfast move towards Nako village, famous for lake & Monastery
• Further drive to spiti valley – first village sumdo & then to Tabo
• Overnight stay at Tabo
Day 05: Tabo- Dhankar- Kungri – Pin Valley (70 kms / 4 hours)
• Visit the Tabo Monastery also known as “Ajanta of Himalayas” which is close to 1000 years old now
• Dhankar Monastery- Seat of the King in ancient times- the most beautiful setting of a monument which hangs on a cliff and overlooks the confluence of Spiti and Pin River
• Kungri monastery – the last hold of Buchen Lamas in Sangam
• Overnight stay at Pin Valley
Day 06: Pin Valley- Demul – Hikkim- Komic- Langza- Kaza (80 kms / 4 hours)
• Langza – the main area for Fossils
• Hikkim – the highest post office in the world
• Komik – one of the highest villages in the world at 4600 meters
• Overnight stay at Kaza
Day 07: Kaza- Key – Khibber- Kunzum Pass – Chandratal Lake (100 kms / 4 hours)
• Key monastery – is on top of a mountain overlooking the Spiti valley and a huge river bed
• Kibber Village – which was once the highest motorable village in the world
• Overnight stay Chandratal
Day 08: Chandratal- Batal- Chatru- Gramphoo- Rohtang- Manali (120 kms / 7 hrs)
• Chandra Tal- The lake of the moon
• Losar – the last village of Spiti valley
• Leave spiti valley early morning and enter to Lahual valley. Reach Manali via famous Rohatang Pass
• Overnight stay at Manali
Day 09: Manali- Kullu- Mandi- Chandigarh (290 kms / 10 hours).
• Leave early in the morning to catch your evening flight/train/bus from Chandigarh back to your hometown. Trip ends here with lots of fun, smile, tons of pictures, new friends and beautiful memories

• Airfare / Train fare or travel cost to reach till Srinagar/Leh

• Lunch (because trying local cuisine at your favourite spot is a good idea)
• Any additional expenses caused by reason beyond our control such as natural calamities (landslides, floods etc.), any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, evacuation costs etc.
• Any tips and any meals apart from the ones mentioned above
• Any other tax or service charge, stay charge that could be enforced during this period will be extra and need to be borne by the participant

🔺 Required documents for the trip:
Original medical certificate stating your fitness & two passports sized photographs are a must to enter the Base Camp. Without these documents, participants will not be allowed to proceed further at the base camp.

🔺 Criteria for participation:
Even though minimum age limit to register for the program is 12 years, children less than 18 years of age are accepted for the treks only with a parent’s/guardian’s undertaking.

A: Ladakh is more of an adventure place where you can do lot of different activities like trekking, camping and white water rafting. – Spiti is considered to be a spiritual journey into different monasteries and cultures where you can enjoy the silence and mentally calm yourself down.
Q: What is the best time to visit Spiti Valley? A: 
March-June
The summer months of March-June are considered to be the best to visit Spiti not only due to the pleasant weather but also fewer crowds. For that perfect winter vacation, the months of October-February are the best time to visit Spiti.

Q: Is Spiti Valley safe for girl? A: YES ! As I said earlier, Spiti is extremely safe Solo Travelers, Backpackers, Women, couples
Q: Is it difficult to drive in Spiti? A: The journey is a bit difficult with some gradual steep ascents. This quaint village of Himachal Pradesh is a tourists' paradise. You will find the Sutlej river flowing down the majestic Himalayas and passing through the rocky terrain of Kinnaur.
